The highlights
QuickBooks Desktop integration. Keep your accounting in sync without double entry, so the numbers in your books match the numbers in your operation.
Sign rate confirmations in-app. Draw, type, or use a saved signature, then create the load in one flow instead of switching tools.
New in-app chat. A built-in chat service for your team, with dedicated general and load-management channels.
Faster, smarter AI. The document engine was upgraded for quicker, more accurate rate confirmation parsing and load creation.
Guaranteed pay for more tariff types. Per-mile and percent-of-gross driver tariffs now support a guaranteed floor.

New two-way factoring with Denim and Cashway keeps your cash flow moving, and integration health dashboards with test-connection buttons and a daily credential check tell you the moment a connection needs attention.
Sign and book in one flow
Rate confirmation signing now happens inside Datatruck. Draw a signature, type it, or use a saved one, then create the load in the same flow. No printing, no separate e-sign tool, no re-keying the load details. Paired with the faster AI engine, a rate con can go from inbox to booked load in a single pass.
AI-native updates
The AI engine was upgraded to a faster, more accurate model for parsing rate confirmations and building loads, with smart fallback for missing stop dates.
AI Dispatcher now sends a one-click "review and create load" notification the moment a rate confirmation arrives.
In-app rate confirmation signing lets you sign and create a load in a single flow, with saved signatures configured in AI Dispatcher settings.
Truck Location History stores and retrieves long-term truck positions.
Duplicate rate confirmations are detected automatically so the same load never gets created twice.
