Why We Started

Three years ago, we looked at the trucking industry and saw a gap that nobody seemed to be addressing.

Most TMS platforms on the market had been designed for brokers and adapted for carriers as an afterthought. The result was software that tracked loads but left fleet owners blind to their actual profitability.

Dispatchers were spending hours on manual data entry. Back offices were buried in paperwork. Fleet owners were waiting until month-end to find out if they actually made money.

The technology existed to solve these problems. AI had advanced far enough. Cloud infrastructure was ready. But nobody was building it specifically for carriers.

So we decided to do it ourselves.

What We've Built

Carriers like Ray Cargo scaled from 50 to 350+ trucks while eliminating five spreadsheets and saving over $150,000 annually. PAVA Logistics runs 200 trucks with 10-15% yearly growth and complete visibility into cost per mile. Fleets switching from legacy TMS have reported 10x lower software costs.

These carriers took a chance on us early. They made this funding round possible.
