Datatruck Product Releases June 2026

June was our biggest accounting month yet. QuickBooks Desktop landed in full, multicurrency rolled out across the platform, Carrier Salary shipped for brokerage pay, and the DAT loadboard went fully real-time. Here is what changed and why it matters for your fleet.

The highlights

QuickBooks Desktop, in full. Two-way sync now covers customers, vendors, drivers, invoices, payments, bills, and settlements, with a mapping config and a live sync dashboard so you always know what moved and when.

Multicurrency across the platform. Currency handling now reaches salary, work orders, safety, trips, fuel and toll transactions, and one-time charges, so cross-border operations stay accurate end to end.

Carrier Salary. Brokerage carrier pay now has its own workflow and a dedicated PDF statement.

Real-time DAT loadboard. Live streaming loads replace polling, with parallel searches across tabs and instant results.

Trip-based mileage with settlement review. Compare planned miles against actual odometer miles, apply corrections in bulk, and recalculate payroll instantly.

Accounting that keeps pace with your books

The QuickBooks Desktop integration is the centerpiece. Instead of exporting files and reconciling by hand, your customers, vendors, drivers, invoices, payments, bills, and settlements stay synced both ways. Fuzzy name matching catches the small spelling differences that used to break imports, and the sync dashboard shows you exactly what posted.

Multicurrency now runs through the whole platform, so a load priced in one currency and a fuel purchase in another land correctly in the same books. Carrier Salary rounds out brokerage pay with a clean PDF statement your carriers can actually read.

Dispatch that runs in real time

The DAT loadboard no longer waits on polling. Loads stream in live, searches run in parallel across tabs, and results return instantly, so your dispatchers see capacity the moment it posts. Real-time truck location in the load map and per-loadboard status indicators mean fewer tabs to babysit and faster booking decisions.

AI-native updates

  • AI Dispatcher rate confirmation notifications now show file page count and size, and signed rate confirmations thread back into the original email.

  • A faster email pipeline means broker updates that used to take two to three minutes now arrive quickly, with timezone-correct pickup dates.

  • More reliable POD verification for scanned and low-resolution documents.

  • Trip-based mileage and Mileage Review bring planned-versus-actual miles into driver settlements with instant payroll recalculation.
