Book ECHO loads without leaving Datatruck. ECHO loads now show up in your loadboard search, and you can bid and book them start to finish right inside Datatruck.

Spot Freight loads in your search too. Connect Spot Freight once and its loads appear alongside everything else in loadboard search, giving you more capacity to book from.

The new Ocean Blue Theme. A refreshed look across the app, ocean blue in light mode and navy in dark mode, with easier navigation you can click through from the top of any page.

Pickup and delivery times that match everywhere. The same schedule now shows across your load pages, trip pages, and order lists, so your team is never working off two different times.

Smarter Amazon Relay assignment. When loads are auto-assigned through Amazon Relay, AI Dispatcher matches them only to drivers who are active and available, so a load always lands with someone who can run it.

Dispatcher emails, managed in one place. Admins can add and review the dispatcher email addresses AI Dispatcher works from, so the right people are always in the loop on automated broker emails.

Accurate times from AI Dispatcher. The pickup and delivery times AI Dispatcher reads and writes stay correct to each location's timezone everywhere they appear.

Invoicing and Settlements

Move money in and out accurately and on time.

Cleaner invoicing. Invoice emails go out once and land right, and your load list shows the current invoice status at a glance, so you can trust what you are looking at when you bill.

Smoother settlements. Settlement runs are cleaner this month, with clearer statement emails and more accurate driver earnings after a mileage recheck, plus a set of smaller refinements across payroll.

Clearer factoring status. When you send a batch to factoring, you now see exactly where it stands, including when it has already gone to QuickBooks, so you always know the real state of a batch.

More reliable QuickBooks sync. Syncing with QuickBooks Desktop is steadier this month. It is easier to see what synced and when, refunds and credits carry over correctly, your account mappings stay put, and you will know right away if a sync needs your attention.

Keep drivers and equipment available, compliant, and road-ready.

Safer, sharper searches. Sensitive driver, truck, and trailer lookups are tighter now, and you can once again search trucks by part of a VIN when you only remember a few digits.

Compliance that fits your operation. Safety inspections now support Canadian provinces, trailer document uploads flag the wrong file type up front so the right document always makes it on file, and your compliance driver exports now include the Safety Manager.
